Sponsor Marketing Kit

The Sponsor Marketing Kit is a tool to help you promote your company and the benefits of attending the 2020 European Conference. As you prepare to join us in Lisbon, we invite you to use our marketing materials to encourage your customers and prospects to attend the conference so you can get some one on one time with them.

Shipping

For all deliveries, please ship direct to the hotel and have your packages delivered no earlier than one week prior to the conference.  Please address your boxes with the below information:

Hotel reservation cutoff for the Hilton Chicago to receive the official reduced conference rate is Monday, April 6. To book your hotel reservation, click here.

Please do not make any reservations or agreements with any unknown housing, travel or outside Vendor Company. Hotel reservations for the 2020 VRMA Spring Forum should be made directly with the hotel via the online reservation link or by calling the reservations number for the Hilton Chicago at 877-214-6725. Should you have any questions, please let us know at vrmaexhibits@vrma.org

Exhibitor Services Kit

Alliance Expositions is the official general service contractor for the VRMA International Conference. The service kit includes shipping information, ordering information for booth furniture, carpeting, electrical, internet, lead retrieval and additional services.
